Sharp FP-J40Y-W Air Purifier

Clean indoor air is essential for comfort, especially in smaller rooms where dust, odors, and airborne particles build up quickly. The Sharp FP-J40Y-W Air Purifier is a compact, efficient unit designed for spaces up to 30 m². It combines Plasmacluster ion technology with HEPA filtration and smart detection modes to help reduce dust, allergens, and everyday odors. Lightweight and energy-efficient, it fits well in bedrooms, offices, or small living areas where quiet, reliable performance matters.

Key Features of the Sharp FP-J40Y-W Air Purifier

Plasmacluster technology releases a high density of 7,000 ions per cm³. This ion shower helps neutralize certain airborne particles and supports fresher-feeling air throughout the room.

Auto Mode with 3 Detection automatically adjusts fan speed based on air conditions, so the unit responds without constant manual changes. ANTI Dust Mode focuses on capturing fine dust particles more effectively during periods of higher pollution.

A clear Filter Replacement Indicator lets you know when the filter needs changing, helping maintain consistent performance. The unit uses a HEPA filter combined with a Honeycomb Deodorizer for both particle capture and odor reduction. Filter life is rated at approximately 2 years under normal use.

Airflow ranges from a low of 40–120 m³/h up to a maximum of 240 m³/h, giving flexibility for quiet overnight use or faster cleaning. Power consumption stays low—only 23 W at maximum, 14 W on medium, and as little as 3.5–7.5 W on low settings—making it economical to run for long hours.
