• All orders are confirmed on call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• You may cancel your order free of charge before dispatch by calling or WhatsApp-ing us.

4. Payment Methods

Important: For advance payments, always confirm order details and delivery charges with us on call or WhatsApp before sending any payment.

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery charges are decided on call or WhatsApp depending on your location and the size/weight of the product. Please confirm charges before placing your order.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 days in Lahore, 2–4 days in major cities, 3–7 days elsewhere.
• Please inspect the product packaging at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes or other unforeseen events.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
